		<description>I tried it a few yrs ago but gave up aft 4 days. Maybe I'll have more willpower this time.I think I did lose 3-4 pounds but felt soooo bloated from all the veg. Do like the soup though and have made it a few times just because it tastes good.</description>

		<description>I started this diet 6 days ago and believe me, it works!! I have been using the diet in combination with exercise. I was surprised to have only lost 6.8 pounds in 6 days of both dieting and exercising but its better than nothing, and it sure gave me a head start on my diet goals. I started out at 181 and now I'm 174.2 and my goal weigh is 150lbs. I love the idea of eating lots of fruits and vegetables it's  good practice for leading a healthy lifestyle. Trying to slim down for my wedding in August wish me luck!</description>
