On Day 4, you need bananas and milk and what better way to get them than to have a smoothie. You can use skim milk and a banana and get it blended together for a great tasting drink as good as a milkshake but without all the calories.

Some people even blend some 1% chocolate milk with their banana for some extra flavour.
