Today you can eat as much soup as you like but you can also eat vegetables. Eat raw veggies and cooked ones throughout the day and in the evening, have a nice big baked potato for dinner. You can eat vegetables with it or soup or both! You can even have a bit of butter on your baked potato.
Today tends to be a long day for some. The absence of sweetness without the fruit can make it a bit of a day of minor deprivation. Do as much variety as you can with your veggies and eat some sweet ones such as baby carrots to help you.
Don’t forget to drink plenty of liquids and enjoy as much soup as you want!
